Bylaws Policies & Procedures RevisionsFebruary 2007 BP & P Revisions:http://www.scouts.ca/inside.asp?cmPageID=547 BP & P has now been revised to reflect some changes and additions as outlined below, as well as some minor clarification and typographical changes. Changes are highlighted in yellow in each Section: Section 4000 Also a few minor typographical corrections. Section 6000 6002.5 – Removal of “requirement for coaches/mentors to have a minimum of one year of successfully operating the section”. Section 8000 8001.1 and 8001.2 revised to include coloured belts. Beaver and Adult Uniforms now shows 2007 Emblem placement (this is not highlighted). Also the headings of 8001.14 and 8001.15 have been corrected to reflect Wood Badge Part I and Part II. Section 10000 New Section 10008 – Challenge Course. Section 12000 New Section 12001 – Access to and Storage of Forms. Section 13000 Reference to Physical Fitness Certificate removed in Section 13007. Also, some revisions to Section 13019 (ii) Third Party Use Section 20000 New Incident Report and National Indemnity Insurance Forms. Also Organizational Hold Harmless, Indemnification Agreement and Individual Hold Harmless have all been revised to reflect the legal name of the organization – now “Scouts Canada” |
