Membership Management System

The Membership Management System is a personalized, safe and secure way to change your address, phone number or other information about yourself, and to renew your membership for the coming year.
The Membership Management System is web-based, so it can be accessed from any computer with Internet access. Simply click on the Home word at the top of this page, and enter your username and password in the Members box.
You must have a username and password to enter the System, that’s part of what makes it safe and secure. If you have forgotten your username or password, contact your group registrar (they can assign you a new password), or the Membership Management System Help Team at mms@scouts.ca.
Once you have successfully logged into the System, you can click on My Profile to change information about yourself and your parents/guardians.
You can also renew your membership for the coming year on-line. To do this, click the Renew Now! button in the upper right of the web page. This will take you step-by-step through the renewal process, and allow you to print out your Application for Membership form to take to your group’s registration night with the appropriate fee.
